Al-Busafi participates in the forum of chef de mission of sports delegations for Olympic Games Paris 2024

Ali bin Salem Al-Busafi, chef de mission of Oman’s delegation to the 33rd Summer Olympics “Paris 2024”, participated in the first meeting of chef de mission of sports delegations, which will be held in Paris from 13 to 19 July.

During the forum, a number of plenary sessions were held to review all technical and administrative details related to the participation of countries in the Olympic Games, especially accommodation and competitions, and requirements related to the opening ceremony, in addition to holding individual sessions to answer inquiries from representatives of National Olympic Committees.

A number of competition venues were also visited, as 35 sports facilities were equipped in 14 different locations to host the competitions.

It is worth noting that the Summer Olympic Games “Paris 2024” will be held from July 26, 2024 to August 11, 2024. Where the athletes of 206 National Olympic Committees, in addition to the Refugee Olympic Team, will compete in 32 diverse sports and 329 competitions.
