The national swimmer was assigned in heat three.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>His best timing is 51.69s while Brazil&#8217;s Cesar Cielo holds the world record of 46.91s which set in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For heat three, the first place went to Yemeni swimmer Mokhtar Al Yamani in a time of 50.52 while swimmer Andrew Chetcuti (MLT) finished as runner up and in a timing of 51.47.
