Contributing to the development of the national plan for high-performance sports.<br \/>\n2. Establishing a classification system for high-performance athletes, including criteria for grants received from Olympic solidarity.<br \/>\n3. Preparing and updating the roster of athletes classified as high-performance.<br \/>\n4. Proposing and establishing academic and technical criteria for external scholarships for athletes, coordinating with relevant governmental bodies, the private sector, and sports associations.<br \/>\n5. Proposing contract models for programs and objectives with relevant sports entities, establishing a working mechanism for coordination regarding classified high-performance athletes.<br \/>\n6. Conducting comprehensive studies to identify target sports where Omani athletes can excel, based on research outcomes, and proposing supporting plans and programs.<br \/>\n7. Developing and monitoring the &#8220;Olympic Champion&#8221; project, ensuring the necessary resources for its success.<br \/>\n8. Implementing social and academic follow-up programs for high-performance athletes in coordination with relevant authorities.<br \/>\n9. Proposing a financial incentive system for high-performance athletes in collaboration with concerned parties.<br \/>\n10. Coordinating with the private sector to secure sponsorships for high-performance athletes.<br \/>\n11. Forming a &#8220;Foreign Participation&#8221; task force and other teams as needed to fulfill its responsibilities and achieve its goals, with their formation and mandates submitted to the board for approval.<br \/>\n12. Undertaking any other tasks related to the committee&#8217;s responsibilities as assigned by Oman Olympic Committee Board.<br \/>\n13.
